What’s New in SolaX Cloud V4.1? Update Only For Mobile Users

This new version V4.1 will make the app stable, faster, and easier for you to use.

In this article, you will learn about new features in the SolaX Cloud APP Version V4.1. The changes are actually improvements we made based on feedback from end-users upon the previous version, and also in consideration of long-term product functional development.

Let’s dive in.

Updated Site page for easy information access and overview

After you log in to the new version cloud app, you will see the new Site page, with many new details.

New site list

On the updated Site page, you will notice a new button on the upper left corner of the page. Touch the button and you will see a side menu of the site list. You can switch the site from the default site to any other site with one simple touch. At the bottom of the side menu, there is an “Add” icon to add a new site.

Power information overview and yield information overview

Right below the site name displayed on the top of the site page, you will see an overview of power information (left) and yield information (right). From the power information overview, you can see your inverter power, PV power, and grid power of the site, and the positive value means the displayed power data goes from the inverter to grid/load; the negative value means the displayed power data goes from grid/load to the inverter; from the yield information overview, you can see your daily yield, monthly yield, and total yield of the site.

Energy Flow Chart

Under the power and yield information overview, is the energy flow chart. Below the battery icon, you will see a new percentage in orange, this is the battery SOC.

Touch the solar icon, you will enter a new page with information of system size and PV power;

Touch the battery icon, you will enter a new page with the battery list of the site, you can choose a specific battery to see all the information of the battery;

Touch the inverter icon, you will enter a new page with the inverter list of the site, you can choose a specific inverter to see all the information of the inverter.

Touch the feed-in icon, you will enter a new page with information of grid power, consumed power, and feed-in energy;

Touch the load/generator icon, you will enter a new page with information of today’s load consumption energy and this month‘s consumption.

New Graphics button

Under the energy flow chart, there is a new Graphics button, touch the Graphics button and you will enter a new page with a power line graph and an energy bar graph. The power line graph displays data of daily PV power (default), AC power (default), load power (touch to display), grid power (touch to display), and off-grid power (touch to display).

The yield bar graph displays data of feed-in energy and self-use energy; the consumed bar graph displays data of consumed energy and self-use energy. You can select month/year/all year to display the data monthly or yearly.

Note: Grid power, load power, feed-in energy, and consume energy data are only available for systems with SolaX meters installed.

New Co2 Reduction icon and Income&Saved icon

In the new version, we added a new Co2 Reduction icon and Income&Saved icon for you to see how much carbon footprint you have reduced, and how much money you have saved with solar energy. Note: Please enter your electricity price on www.solaxcloud.com to start counting the amount of income&saved.

Updated Inverter page for easy management of inverters

New add inverter button

We added a new “Add” icon on the upper right corner of the Inverter page. Touch the “Add” icon and enter a new page to add a new inverter to a specific site. You can enter the registration number manually, or simply scan the code as displayed in the picture on the pocket Wi-Fi to add a new inverter.

New Inverter Graphics

If you touch one specific inverter, you can enter a new page with two graphics of the inverter. One graphic is the power line graph with data of PV power, AC power, and off-grid power. The other graphic is the bar graph with data of yield and off-grid.

New Account page for easy account management and more functions

In the new version V4.1, we deleted the Overview page (as all information in the overview page has been integrated into the new Site page), and added a new Account page.
